I’m just a typical mommy working online and homebase. Most of the events in Tarlac that I am featuring in my blog are the activities that my kids attended. The Training is from 2-6 months as Welding Inspector Trainee or Welding Engineer Trainee or Safety Engineer Trainee or R&D Engineer Trainee or NDT Engineer Trainee or Welding Instructor Trainee. Hi Hansel, thank you sa trust mo sa amin. we can assure you na once nag enroll ka dito, paglabas mo certified welder ka na. di ka lalabas dito na di technically fit. on going po ang nerollment namin at sa tuesday na po ang start ng klase namin, so pwede ka pa humabol, enroll ka ng lunes then sali ka sa martes na klase. may agency na gustong makipag tie-up sa amin pero di pa namin napa-plantsa, onsa maplantsa namin, then tie-up kami sa kanila. thank u. punta ka na sa lunes dito para maka habol ka sa martes. thanks

I observe the heats school yung mga welding machine ninyo ay parang powercraft made, mostly po kasi ngayon ay yamato or any para makikita mo ang gauge ng current mo kasi ang portable na ganyan tantiyahan po ang pag mix ng current,suppose to be alam mo dapat ang current ng rootpast, 2nd pass at capping.
and walang table sa loob ng cubicle para dun ka sa table sana makapag prepare ng materials mo, eh parang sa floor pa yata ito pini prepare eh, and i observe po walang clip yung holder para sa pipe dapat po sana for safety and convience para sa mga student instead na i weld nila ang pipe sa holder baka malaglag pa ang pipe nila while welding we know i reality po ay di ka dapat mamili ng area or place mo but for the student or traini dapat safety ang place nila to train and well organise, pahabol nakikita ko rin yung cylinder tank while the train is welding for pipe pano po kung may leak yung tank or na talsikan ng flame hoping na makatulong ito sa HEATS School

Before I answer your comments, let me introduce myself, Im Jhun the owner of Heats and a Certified Sr. Welding Inspector (CSWIP 3.2-UK), ASNT Level II in MPI and PT, Lead Auditor and a Mechanical Engineer by profession. Been in 11 countries serving as QA/QC Head of various Construction Companies.
Well to answer your comments, i have with you the following;
Did you know that Powercraft is better than Yamato? Our Powercraft Machine is a GTAW/SMAW Combination wherein you cannot see in any Yamato model. You have a wrong info, with regards to Powercraft, hindi po tantyahan ang Powercraft, meron po syang gauge. Have you ever seen a Powercraft in near distance or have you used Powercraft already? If you ever used Powercraft and Yamato already, you can tell me that Powercraft is far better than Yamato. One more thing, Yamato is just an AC Welder, and once you go abroad very seldom ginagamit ang AC Welder. To give you some idea, Yamato is not being used in refinery works, but Powercraft are being used in the fabrication and erection of refinery piping. Kasi ang Yamato pupugak pugak gaya ng ginagamit sa ibang center, di nya naluluto masyado ang hinang.
Secondly, have you ever take a WQT witnessed by Cetified Welding Inspector? I already qualified thousands of welders here in the Pihilippines, KSA, Qatar, Indonesia, Brunei, Malaysia, Thailand and Bahrain, we are using the same method as per ASME IX. You know why it needs to be welded and not bolted? Once it is welded, di nila pwedeng ikutin o galawin ang test plate or pipe wherein kung bolted, pwedeng dayain at iikutin o gagalawin ang test plate o pipe para mas madali sa welder. pag ginawa nila yun, then sayang ang training, di sila matututo.
Thirdly, did you know that Argon Gas is not flamable? So no worry about that.
Fourthly, we are using the ASME IX STANDARD for Trade Test. Pls check ASME IX for the requirements. thanks

Hi Ariel, ang Trade Test ng Pure GTAW ay 2 inch sched 40 or sched 80 ang ginagamit. Kung combination po ng GTAW/SMAW, a 6 inch sched 80 is okay.
In the field, it depends on clients requirements. Sa pure GTAW You can use 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch, 1 inch or 2 inch depende sa kailangan nyo sa project. Sa GTAW/SMAW Combination, depende sa kailangan nyo rin sa project. But normally 6 inches sched 40 or 80 is used.
There are certain parameters in ASME IX wherein you can follow in order for you to achieve what qualification you need.
If you have ASME IX with you, it will be very helpful fo you to understand the requirements of the Qualification of Welders.
