Two top media company has already come in our place to look at the matter but we never see any light at the end of the tunnel. Days passed by swiftly and the thoughts of losing the roof on our heads beyond January 30, 2009 makes me weaker each day. I can’t even feel the Christmas in the air, although cold wind is already embracing me… I guess it just makes me numb each passing day. The show of force is so demoralizing, watching the regular round of soldiers in our neighborhood is creating fear and confusion among the children. I already written our cause to some top leaders of our society but it seem our issue had just fallen in deaf ears…
I NEED YOUR STRENGTH
I started blogging to ease my pains
To ease my feelings and gain some friends
To voice out my opinions and ravings
and to pacify the anger in my surging veins
The journey to blogging seems interesting
It lessen the worries that makes me lame
It makes me feel alive once again
From more than 3 years of silence
I was silenced by the forces of evil
Who threaten to take my life If I never refrain
Refrain from what? You may ask me that
From being radical which narrowed my path
But I can’t live in silence for many years
It makes me crazy and will paralyze my brains
Now I need to go out once again
Maybe not in the street but in the field of blogging
I love my kids, I don’t want to endanger them
That’s why I shut my mouth off and quit from work
But how long shall I stop and just stare at them?
While they are crashing our rights and our home
We were all strangers in this land
Which created by God for every man
But some men are greedy and cruel
They draw the boundaries and created their titles
But how dare you claim you own the land created by God?
You just draw the line and claimed it’s yours?
And for that claim you’re ready to harm and maybe kill
Whoever blocks your plans and claims?
Fights and wars has just one cause
The greed in every man’s heart to rise in power
By trampling the rights and freedom of other men
Just to place themselves in the pedestal of fame
The journey to freedom maybe long and hard
Millions of men had already sacrificed their lives
For the call of justice, equality and sovereignty
Despite all these, we still have to take our steps in this journey
I am drawing my strength from God and friends
And I am calling you to internalize the cause
The fight will be stronger if you joined mine
I need your strength in the darkest time…

POEM FROM SSNUFFY
Be still my friend have you not forgot
that an awesome God Controls the lot
His word is law and very true
and you know the depth of His love for you
So Stand in faith and and trust His Word
to doubt His power is quit absurd
For He is God and on His Throne
and your promise is your not alone
In His good time this storm will pass
and you will stand at peace alas
and the threat so bold that held you there
will disappear in the morning air,,,,,,
Gods very best >>>SSNUFFY
Thank you very much….
Here is my response for this poem…
Thank you very much SSNUFFY
For this sincere poem you created for me
The thoughts made its way to my heart
Which adds to my strength and made me glad
Never will I forget I have a Big God
Who always leads my path
In him I draw my strength
To face all my struggles and pains
I always thank him for all the friends
That He sent my way as an instrument
Who cheers me up when I’m in vain
Which cushion the blows and ease the pains
I stand still and keep my faith
To trust His word is my shield
This storm will go and never win
Cause I have a God who never fail

Juliet,
I feel heartbreaking, speechless and sorry to hear that, May God give you enough strength to handle this tragedy, May God open another door for all the citizens there, I sincerely hope that no violence or bloody incident will happen for this tragedy, I hope that you don’t give up, frustrated or down. Keep on fighting, they can take your home but not your soul, they can demolish your house but not your dignity, talent inside you, don’t let this tragedy become your stumble stone, you can over it, sometime it might be very painful but i believe you have enough courage and brave to over it.
my prayer to you and your family, please keep us update!

Daniel,
Thank you very much for this very inspiring message. I really appreciate it. As I said in my previous posts, I had so many struggles in life and this is just one of my hardest fight. We may not win this battle but this won’t stop me to stand on the right ground to fight for what is right. Yes, I lost my job and now we’ll be losing our home as well but these things can be built again but the principle and the will to stand for what is right will stay forever.
I may even lost even my life like what happen to most of my comrades but the generation of our children and all the victims of the many oppressed families will stand and continue to lead the struggle. These will never stop the struggling spirit of the righteous for justice and genuine freedom…

Ang alam ko po, 2 of my friends live in this area. Bongar and Dacua po yung apelyido. Kilala nyo po ba sila?
They shouldn’t take away that land given to you. Sana po ma-solve na ang problem na ito.
Ang hirap naman po kasi, di na nga masolusyunan ng government yung existing problems, dinadagdagan pa nila.

familiar yung apelyido but I don’t know them personally. Kng ma u-unify ang entire neighborhood to launch coordinated moves and heightened media projection, baka sakali me pag-asa pa, but as I see it, inuunahan ng NOLCOM ng sindak yung mga tao d2 kc everyday nag-iikot cla at syempre armed. show of force and tawag nila jan. Rumors has spreading that they already compromised this land to some wealthy investor and will turn this place into a global city. In as much as the people would like to pay, they would still prefer to transact and get paid in millions. The proceeds will be used in the forthcoming presidential election. They have to extract funds at the expense of many people, that’s how greedy they are

I know Ria, this will pass… everything has its phase as life is a long journey… I just can’t help to feel the anger and pain seeing the fruit of your hardwork for many years will just be crashed infront of our two eyes, no relocation, not a single penny…we will be back to zero…
Many of the soldiers here use their retirement pay to construct their homes and they’re too old now to find a new job and work to build a new one. We were in debt for years just to give my kids a decent home and the thought of seeing my kids homeless is very agonizing for me. We are not renting now but we hardly make both ends meet, I just can’t imagine how to survive if we will be renting next year…
Thank you so much for the support and prayers. you don’t know how much it means to me…

Thanks Kelvene, the good thoughts coming from you and the rest of my blogger friends here keep me going each day. The end of the road is still dark for us for we still don’t know what will happen in the coming days but some of the neighbors who have relatives in the police force informed us that a demolition team was already formed and their main objective is to protect the demolition team not the residents.
The horror of the recent Paranaque shoot out which harmed and killed many civilians keeps running in my mind. I really wonder what happen to this people in authority. What happen to the protector of the people? their bloody hands is the silent witness for the killings of many innocent lives…

this is a very moving poem. I am also accompanying you to this struggles. Not only Filipino people but we, humans as we’re created by God on the same positions and aspects. I wish there’s no such ‘pedestral of fame’ that mostly occurs on our leaders. I wish these won’t be inherited by our children of tomorrow as what our nat’l hero also crave for. Freedom, unity, evenness, and love. I’m afraid one day we’re not living with these things in life. Are we?

Will you? as for me, I won’t allow my kids to grow in the shadow of greed and injustice. They’re growing in the light of leadership, hope, passion, endurance and truth.
I am now seeing the growing seed of a fighter in my kids, apart from ordinary kid in my neighborhood, they know what is happening within our society. They often ask me about injustices and corruption and I am very transparent to them.
They know where we stand, they know the hardship and they know when to tighten their belt to make both ends meet… They keep on telling me, hold on mommy, when we grow up, I’ll be a good leader and will continue your struggle for just and humane society… I know, if we open the eyes of a child to the harsh reality, they won’t be living in fantasy world and embrace barbie and the prince…
Thank you wolf… for being there always…

Hi Juliet,
Thanks for visiting my site an adding me in BC I will add you in my bloglist if you don’t mind.
It’ so sad what you are doing through right now. This is why there’s alot of Pinoys who leaves our country because of the injustices which common citizens have to go through.
I salute you like my mom and other filipinamoms out there for fighting and protecting your family from evil forces which by the way should protect and nourish its citizens.
My prayer to you and other families affected by this sad situation.
Peace and Prosperous New Year to you.
Cheers:)
