Mount Pinatubo Trek

Due to overwhelming response of my readers to my Mt. Pinatubo Post, which also becomes my no. 1 post since I started blogging, we added another service in our homebase business. This is Tour Guiding Services

My hub and I has particular task in running the business. With IT related works, I am in-charge of the internet, design and documentations while hub is doing the field work. But when the need arises, I also assist hub with field work activities.

Recently, I have many inquiries in my inbox particularly Mount Pinatubo Trek. I used to have a computer shop at Capas Tarlac and Tarlac Municipal Tourism had been one of our clients. I designed and created the Identification cards for Mt. Pinatubo Tour guides and most of them are Aetas. I also designed banners, flyers and brochures.

Last week, 2 clients from the internet hired our service thru this blog, Greg and Wisnu. Greg arrived last week but he went to Puerto Galera first and he scheduled trekking on Saturday, Dec. 13. Wisnu Wijaya, an Indonesian based in Malaysia arrived last Dec. 9 at 5:30pm. Hub meet him at the airport. They arrived home at almost 10pm. Although we had an agreement that we will book him in a hotel but because we were so excited sharing each others’ experiences, he decided to stay with us. Our house suddenly turned into a transient home.

The next day hub included Wisnu in the group of trekkers bound to Mount. Pinatubo.

  2. Kaw tlaga Ading wolf and bilis ng mata mo pagdating sa girls, those were the finalists for Miss Dominican(Dominican College, Capas Tarlac)held early this year. Nagkaroon kc ng trekking activity last January ang Capas Municipal office. That activity involves all the local officials in the adjacent barangays of Capas, Tarlac. Nagtrek sila lahat including Gov. Vic Yap at kasama na din yung mga finalist ng Miss Dominicans, bale treat nila yung Spa para dun sa mga girls. Si hub ang nag cover ng activity at kami din ang gumawa ng certificate of conquest.

Greg and his company will arrive tomorrow at dawn and we will meet them at the Capas Junction so sasama ako mag trek nyan. We can organize a bloggers’ trekking activity kung gusto nyo, we can come in big group, and we can camp overnight dun sa place, di ba exciting yun? sabihin nyo lang kng kelan mas mura kc ang expenses pag marami.

Ham showed his interest at marami na din ang nag se-send sakin ng e-mail. It would be a great time for bloggers diba, ano go kau?

  5. Yes, Wisnu was so amazed with the place, he went to Mt. Kinabalu first prior to this trek and according to him, Mt. Pinatubo is the best place so far and Mt Pinatubo according to him is qualified to be one of the 7 wonders of the world. I thought I wasted so much time without giving it a try when in fact it’s just few kilometers away from us, so tomorrow I’ll go with my hub.

    • Actually, organizing trips is just a fruit of my blogging activity. When I feature some destinations in my blog, there are so many tourists that email me to ask about trek details and one day, I found myself learning procedures on how to arrange trips, created another website for this field and the rest is history 😉 Now, I organized my own team and next year we will register it as full blown organization and we will accept members that believe and support our mission and advocacy. I will be looking forward to meet you. Please keep in touch.
