How to become a verified PayPal Member
You must have a credit/debit card with Visa or MasterCard logo. If you don’t have a credit card, I recommend that you apply for a CyberEon card. The last time I checked, it only costs 350.00Php (Annual Fee). You can apply online or visit Union Bank branch near you. Bring 2 valid IDs and picture and also photocopy of your 2 valid IDs. It will take more or less 2 weeks before you receive the Eon card. Deposit an amount equivalent to $1.95 or maybe at least 200Php to your Eon Card. This will be used for PayPal verification but will be returned to you after you are verified.Your card will be activated within 24 hours. You can also enroll it in Union Bank online banking. After activation, you can link your Eon card to your Paypal account. The CCV code is the last three numbers at the back of your Eon card.
Paypal will charge $1.95 to your card but don’t worry it will be returned to you. Check your card to see if you are already deducted with the said amount. It may take 2-4 business days for the code to appear on your online account statement. If you are enrolled in online banking, you can log to see your credit card statement and get your code. If you can’t access your credit card statement online, you can call and ask a Customer Service for your Expanded Use Number (or in short, your Paypal code – EXPUSE)
Once you retrieved your PayPal code, log-in to your PayPal account and click “confirm my debit or credit card” link on the Account Overview page to enter your code.
After Verification Process, you can now add another bank account and withdraw from any Philippine Bank Account.
How to add another Bank Account
Log into your PayPal account,
Click the ‘Profile’ tab and then click ‘Add or Edit Bank Account’
Add your bank details
Note:
Your First name and Family Name on your PayPal account must match the name on your bank account, if it doesn’t match, your withdrawal request may be rejected by your bank.
Review your bank account information
Add your Bank Code. Bank codes can be found in my previous post.
Click ‘Add Bank Account‘ to confirm
Click the ‘My Account‘ tab and then click the ‘Withdraw‘ sub tab
Select the ‘Withdraw funds to your bank account’ option
Note:
Withdrawals equal or more than PHP 7,000 are free.
For withdrawal amounts of less than PHP 7,000, there will be a fee of PHP 50
Select the bank account and amount to withdraw
Confirm the transfer
It typically takes 5-7 business days. However, depending on your bank’s policies, it may take longer
Me fund na ako sa paypal, gusto ko sana ilabas pero di pa ako verified, is there a way para mailabas ko ang fund ko?
LikeLike
Yep, I know a site which offers that kind of service. pm mo na lang ako for further details.
Just a reminder: Dapat me track record ka na sa internet; say like blogs or they will make an inquiry kng nag wowork ka ba online, they will check it to be sure na yung fund mo ay legal. Mabilis ang service, just a matter of minutes after the transfer. usually its paypal to gcash. pero as much as possible they want PayPal verified members, pero makiusap ka na lang.
I hope this helps…
Thanks for coming by. kng me time ka, feed back mo naman ako kng naging smooth ang transaction. I am using their service for quite sometime pero so far wala pa naman akong naging problema.

For now ang alam ko lang ay credit cards na may Visa at Mastercard Logo and EON, diko sure ung iba. Cguro u need to make an inquiry to banks for that. Try mo na rin ang EON kc after ka ma verified sa EON, you can add any local bank accounts na.

Hi, I’m not a verified PayPal member yet but I’m already working on it. I am working online with data entry job. My employer sent me the payment on my paypal account but it say the transaction is not completed but reversed. Have you experienced this? What did you do?
LikeLike
Yes, it also happen to me on my first transaction. You have to inform paypal using the help desk. Explain to them where your fund came from. If you’re a registered freelancer, you can send them links to your profile.
After that you must inform your employer because it is very rare that you can retrieve reversed accounts. In my case, I immediately informed my employer that their payment for me was reversed, meaning, the cash was on hold and they will still investigate if the fund is fraudulent or not.
After sending email to my employer, we agreed that I will bill them using paypal, you can find it using the “request money” tab. Be sure to indicate that you’re asking payment for your service. After that, my payment has reflected in my balance.
I hope this helps…

Hi Mark, it seems that Billy has not return yet to reply your query. But I can give you some keypoints on how to start. If you really want to work online, you have to do the following:
1. Create an online profile and include your portfolio. Meaning, you have to post some sample of your work.
2. If you’re good in writing, blogging is the best way to start.
3. Open a paypal account. I have an article about the process here. Just check out my posts.
4. Join websites for freelancers and take the necessary steps on how to be a verified work provider. I recommend oDesk.com. You can click here or the oDesk Logo in my side bar.
5. Start bidding and you may start at a lower rate.
6. Cheap rates starts from $1 per article at 300-500 words
7. After sometime, you can demand for a higher rate as long as they like your services, you can get $5-10 per articles depending on the prescribed topics.
8. Don’t forget to include the links to your finished pojects in your blogsite. It will serve as your online fortpolio
I hope this helps. Thanks for the visit.

Hello Vhinz, sorry to hear that…
I want to know to know kng anong card ang ginamit mo? kc credit card with visa at mastercard logo lang verified na tinatanggap nila and the Union Bank’s Eon debit card.
If you’re using Eon, dapat me nakadeposit dito na at least 200php kc mag cha charge ng $1.95 ang paypal pero ibabalik din sau to after na na verifiy ka na. be sure din na sakto na magkapareho ang name at apelyido mo sa mga cards na gagamitin mo sa mga naka fill up sa account mo sa paypal at email na ginamit mo sa paypal…
I hope this helps…

Sorry to hear that Laloy, Do you have at least 200php on your account? coz paypal will charge your card. If you already tried many times and failed, then you have to log-in to your account and go to help desk. There is an instruction on how to file your concern.
Explain about your issue and they will get back to you in a matter of 1 to 2 days. They are very supportive and will help you to settle your problems.
Just be sure you read all the necessary instruction on how to get verified, check your name as it must match exactly with what you use at paypal.

Hi Kyle, Alam ko pag regular savings na ATM ay laging me minimum balance ranging from P500 – P2,000 depende sa bangko.
yung land bank at PNB saka mga related banks na nag se service sa Govt ay P500.00 lang. kng me kamag anak ka abroad, pwede ka mag apply ng ATM for remittance, yun P100 lang ang maintaining balance or if pensioner ka.
Ang wala maintaining balance ay yung mga debit card, like EON or Smart Money. Magdedposit ka lang pag gagamitin mo.
I hope this helps. Thank you for visiting my blog 🙂

Hi! Napadaan lang. Just created a PayPal Account. Eh I only have my ATM savings account with me, don’t have money to have me a credit card yet.
O automatically PayPal will get from my bank account na lang?
Does it apply to the Philippines din?
Thank you! :p

makikita mo yung link button sa tabi ng paypal balance mo, nakalagay dun click here to lift your limit…
I hope this helps.

Me mga friends ako na nagtry pero di daw pwd. saka be sure na me laman ang card before the verification process kc i cha-charge ng paypal yun pero isosoli din uli sa account mo after na ma verify ka…

This is what I like from wordpress. WP has a tool in the dashboard which shows keywords used in the search results including referral links kaya malalaman mo san galing yung mga searcher na napunta sa landing page mo. This is my basis for creating new posts. For example yung jobs in tarlac, naku ang daming job inquiry kaso wala naman akong ma post na local jobs d2, kinukulit ko na nga yung municipal website namin d2 to post updated job offers for my kababayans pero mukang walang epekto e 🙂

Hi, I am a verified member. I deposited a certain amount to fund my paypal account. However, the fund is not showing nor merchants’ accepting my paypal payments.
I don’t opt to fund my paypal through paypal transfers since I dont really sell stuff. I will fund it using bank deposits on my eon card.
Is there a step to trigger the fund to show up on paypal?
I’ll appreciate any help.
Thanks! =)

Hello!
I guess you have to settle this issue with your bank wherein you deposit for a fund transfer, then scan your bank transaction slip and send it to paypal help desk team. you can find it once you log on your paypal account, just click the help desk and write them your concern. They will get back to you immediately. I hope this helps. Thanks!

Yes, you can use it to verify on Paypal. Assuming that your smartmoney card is already activated, you have to add Internet menu in your smartmenu. Please follow follow niyo po ang steps sa link below on how to do this.

Hi,
ang pinaka cheapest pa din ay ang magpa verify ka na lang at i-connect mo ung bank account mo sa paypal instead of looking for other services kc pag di ka nagpa verify hanggang $100 lang ang limit mo after that dika na pwd pang magsend sa ibang account.
